Linda, Poochy’s momma, and I had met a few times at some of Fort Wayne’s local pet events, so it was pure joy to finally photograph one of her fur-kids! Poochy, her dachshund, was getting older and they had just learned that she has cancer 🙁 Although she is doing well on treatment and overall doing well, we decided that it would be best to not wait for summer weather to do a photography session of Poochy! We had to reschedule her Faithful Friend Session only once because of snow, but we finally had one day of decent weather!
Such a sweet soul… with beautiful eyes!
We even had a wardrobe change! She looks so pretty in her pink jacket! 🙂
Poochy did such a great job being a model!
Linda, it was a pleasure photographing sweet Poochy! I hope to come back out and photograph her when the weather is nice, the grass is greener and the sun is shining!
